My son returned his current XR and received a replacement device. We were told to take the SIM card from his current phone and use in the new device. We shipped the old device back and now we’re told we have to deactivate Find My Phone to avoid losing any trade in credit Not really sure why - we’re using the previous SIM. So how does he now turn on Find My Phone on his new device so I can follow him?
