Fios mobile app stuck on "installing"

When I try to load the app (and also Netflix) it gets stuck on "installing". All my other streaming apps (HBO, Showtime, EPIX etc) load just fine.  There must be a fix..  Any ideas out there?

It’s important that you’re able to install your favorite applications, WKtobin. Let’s see if we can get this fixed. You mentioned two applications specifically that you’re having trouble with. Does the same behavior happen both on WiFi and Cellular data? Any error messages? When specifically did this start happening?
