Very disappointed in the customer service with the First Responder Discount. We have sent the documentation in, verified email since December 18, and are just now getting this applied because I called and complained. The problem is now, they will not go back and apply the discount from when it was originally validated and approved in March. They have denied going back. We have been with Verizon for 13 years and will be leaving now.

Customer Service has zero to do with employee discounts, that's employee validation.
Good luck finding any carrier besides Verizon and AT&T that offers that discount. If 13 years of service is disposable over a discount that hasn't existed for long, you do you.

Now if you switch to another unlimited plan, your First Responder Discsount is reduced.
