Fraudulent phone order

We learnt today that someone ordered and received two expensive devices on our name, and the online account shows our previous devices were replaced with the new ones. We are still using the old devices, however, and it is unclear who received/sign the new devices. The monthly payments for new devices began, which is how we learnt about this fraud. How do we make sure Verizon investigates this situation asap?
