Full Circuits--No Phone Service

Is anyone else having trouble with not being able to make/receive  phone calls in the Lawrence area because "all circuits are full--try again later" messaging?

I couldn't use my phone for 45 minutes tonight from 7:15-8:00 p.m.---pretty maddening!

If you want a credit, I wouldn't bother. I got a credit once for service being out for 24 hours. I got $2.33

It's your plan divided by 30. For example, my plan was $70.00 so divided by 30 equaled $2.33

If you were out of service for 45 minutes....

**example**: $70/30 = $2.33

                     $2.33/24 = 0.09 (per hour)

So you would get less than $0.09
