Hi - I spoke to VZ support earlier. it was a combination of turning the cell data and roaming on/off. The cell data would work for a minute or two and then stops. I can make phone calls, but no data is working unless I'm connected to wi-fi. Need help so the phone/apps/data/internet can be used when not connected to wi-fi.
