Got the new iPhone 14 pro max on launch day. I wanted a different color so I was going to use the 30 day worry free guarantee. I called in and was told the system would not allow me to use it because I upgraded on a different number on my account, than the one that I activated the phone on. I called back into a different customer service and was told that that was not the case that the worry free guarantee cannot be used on a phone that wasn’t currently in stock. All told I have spent 12 hours on the phone with Verizon just to be told that they cannot fulfill their guarantee. I reviewed the worry, free guarantee language and it didn’t say anything about either of these stipulations Verizon has gone downhill. I’ve been with him since 2009 and they are their customer service is now worse than AT&T’s.
