i pre ordered the IPhone X and got a confrontation email with my order number and such but when I go into my account and check my purchases and orders it says I have none! Is this ok or did I [removed] up?

The Charge won't show up on your Bank account until they SHIP the phone....
They will ship it 2-days before the expected arrival date.... so you may see the charge the day before that or on that day.

You should be okay. It does take some time for the order to show up in your account. And as for the charge...you won't see that until the phone actually ships. Sounds like you both are okay. Congrats on your new phone and enjoy!
