I am unable to receive or send group messaging. Anyone else with an iPhone 11?! I have reset my phone lost several applications and no luck, at the advise of a Verizon customer service rep. It’s not their fault because they are only given the information provided from the engineering team. One, I pay way too much for this declining service. Been online with reps fixed one day and not working another and then being told to wait another 24-72 hours. Wow! If Verizon is unable to integrate to 5G globally like AT&T and Sprint/T-Mobile it is time to take my business elsewhere! Why can’t I send group messages not only to iPhone users but also android users. We are in a day where just about everyone is working from home and I need my phone and I need it to work properly. Also, I am at home with just one bar for service, one! Verizon, I decided on your service when I was working in downtown DC and commuting by train but I’m not sure where the disconnect is but your service has gone to the level of Cricket. Why are you guys the only service provider without 5G in the DMV area?
