Hello Verzion customer service department! I am currently in Vietnam. Previously, I bought an Iphone 15 pro max from a tourist from the US. They committed to me that they complied with all regulations in the contract and that payment of charges with Verzion network should be within 60 days. Since activation, the phone will be automatically unlocked. Please help me look into the above problem. Please help me unlock it. Thank you very much and all the best!
I hate to tell you this especially since it is Christmas Day as I write, but you've been taken advantage of. Verizon can't unlock phones remotely and the 60 day automatic unlocking is if the customer is using the network, which is only in the US.
