If i reset my prepaid iphone 4 will it start over again and will i have to activate it again?!?
Sairadream, if you mean "Erase All Content and Settings" or restoring with iTunes you would indeed need to setup your device again. If you do this make sure you backup your device first. Maybe I can save you the hassle. Why are you considering a reset? What's going on?
