HOW DO I SET UP HOTSPOT?

My hotspot was working fine until I upgraded my service to a more expensive plan now it’s saying that I need to go to that link and set it up too but like you said it doesn’t work...I just don’t understand why it would work on my other plan I had but not this one when I’m paying way more money
