What is the consensus within the verizon account holders for a Class Action Law Suit? My account was hacked in June. Despite the fact no one had permission to use my account, Verizon allowed someone to upgrade one of my phones, change my plan, order new devices and set up Hot Spots. Wow! As of today, they still have not fixed my account!

My account was hacked in March -- I can view the receipts and where they purchased the devices. I have NOT been able to resolve the issue, and I am charged for services, contracts, etc. that I did not purchase. I have been violated twice -- once by the hackers and once by Verizon and their process of charging everything through, before they issue a credit! I do not pay for anything that I did not authorize and then have to worry about it after I pay!
