Upgraded my iPhone to 15 at the store. It took 3 visits, total 5 hours. The staff couldn’t figure out how to print a return label for my old phone. I don’t really care what the issue is with the staff, or the store. The charges / charges are not transparent up front. I don’t know why I’m still using this company.
