Has anyone had their rebate taken away because Verizon said they didn’t receive your devices?

I switched over from Tmobile back in December. I returned all three devices before the deadline. I initially received 600.00 rebate. When it was time for me to make a payment I noticed my 600.00 rebates were revoked. I was going to apply that to my bill. I’ve been given nothing but a run around. I did my part. So I’m now out of my 3 devices and the 600.00 I’m owed. I will not play this game and I will be made whole. Poor customer service. I’m thinking about going back to Tmobile if this is how they operate. Never had problems at Tmobile. Cheaper is not always better.
