My iPhone does not take voicemails no matter what I try. Whenever someone calls me, it rings like normal but doesn’t give them the option leave a voicemail. I’ve tried everything to fix it but can’t figure it out. This has been going on for years. It wasn’t a big issue before but now I’m getting more work calls and need to have a working voicemail. I had an iPhone 10 till a few weeks ago. I hoped that switching over to my new phone (iPhone 14 plus) that the voicemail issue would be resolved but it’s exactly the same as it was before.
Any solution would be very welcome. Thank you!

To anyone who comes across this, the answer was that I had started using an app to block robocalls a long time ago and that was forwarding my calls. I eventually deleted the app but the call forwarding was never fixed. Verizon was able to sort it out for me.

Let's make sure you're able to use your voicemail without any issues. We're going to send you a Private Note so we can gather more details.
