09 21 I inquired about service for Verizon wireless. I wanted one iPhone 16 Pro Max 258 GB and 116+ paint 128 after multiple failed attempts I contacted Verizon wireless via phone and attempted to place an order online. Wasn’t able to finally place an order until 09 27 order number 11067912 not only were they two iPhone 16 pros but they were never delivered After failed multiple attempts. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau asking for help because at no point I had no device I was reached out by John who is the executive of relations explain to him the situation. He advised me that I was in good hands. It is now November 19 and I’m still without a device. I’m currently sticking service from another company order 648-8393 was supposed to be a brand new device device is currently locked on an Apple activation lock. I’ve submitted seven activation lock request showing the IMEI and proper purchase with my name and all appropriate documentation customer service has been terrible multiple associates pretending to be managers just to disconnect being placed on hold for long period of times being told that this will be escalated. It’s been almost 3 months. I also found out that someone placed two extra devices on my account causing my phone bill to be almost $500. It wasn’t up until this point that I was able to see this and take action on it. I was also supposed to have $129 that was supposed to be refunded out to my account and that hasn’t been refunded to my account as of yet For executive relations has been very unhelpful. It hasn’t done anything to fix the situation due to me not being able to have a phone I am unable to call home to my parents that live back home in Florida access. Any email accounts bank accounts due to the two I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and host that I would get some help. Just wanted to see if I can get some assistance in here as well
