I made a mistake on my iPhone 13 upgrade pre-order, so want to cancel the pre-order and create a new one.
When I try to cancel the order on the website, I get an error saying there were "technical issues" and I should call Customer Service at 800.922.0204. After waiting on hold, a rep said he'd try to transfer me to someone who could help, but I ended up back at the start menu!
Also tried Verizon website chat. When it saw the word "cancel" it gave me a link to cancel the pre-order, but as with the main website, that doesn't work.
Could a Verizon rep please help me with this? Thanks in advance.
