Help with iMessages

Good morning everyone. I am needing some help, and I hope someone here can help me. I just switched from Sprint to Verizon yesterday, and I'm being told that my messages to some iphone users are being sent through icloud. However, some of my iphone users are still receving normal imessages. 

 

How on earth do I fix this?

Try going to settings/messages and turn iMessages off. Then reboot the phone. After it comes back up, turn iMessages back on.

See if that resets your iMessage status.
