Why is Verizon offering me such a lower rate but when I try to check out it goes back up to regular price is it a glitch or how can I get this rate? Anyone know who I can talk to complete promotion, I tried to go in store no help. Also tried customer service and nothing at all.

It’s offering me phone line plan for $15.50 a month for unlimited welcome. But once I check out it goes back up to $30 a month, I tried going into a Verizon store and calling customer service but nothing has come out of it so far.

I'm sorry to hear you are having these difficulties. Are you a current Verizon customer? Was this for multiple lines?-Joe

I haven't heard of this offer before. The $30/line per month for Unlimited Welcome is what I'm seeing when I check the website, and that's if you have 4 lines. Not sure if either the promotion has expired, or if it's because it's a localized promotion for which you'd have to visit a local corporate store to ask about, as nobody else would know about it? Or there's something else which is making you ineligible. I'd check the fine print.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
