Horrible IPhone 13

We purchased 2 iPhone 13’s almost 2 years ago and had completely opposite experiences with each. One of them is the best phone I have ever owned. The other is easily the worst. The bunk phone constantly goes into SOS only mode even in areas with excellent coverage. There is something going on with the radios or antennas in this phone and we’ve gotten almost no help! Several times the good phone would have 4 bars of coverage with download speeds over 100Mb and the other would either have the circle of death until it timed out or would say sos only. We have replaced the SIM card numerous times, reprovisioned, reset network settings etc etc. It’s done this since it was new, but now after all the time spent trying the same things over and over again, it’s now out of warranty! My question is how many times do you have to try and fail at the same old attempts at a fix before someone will admit that we were sold a defective phone! I have paid thousands for the phone and service that can’t be used half the time! I pay a lot more for phone service to be with a top tier company so I don’t have to deal with these issues and can get something done when needed, but at this rate, I might as well send the bad phone back and pay the good one off and go back to the awful service known as cricket or straight talk!

Two years is certainly a long time to have been dealing with an issue with one of your devices, Henry_R. The last thing we would want to see is for you to leave us. We definitely want to take a look at what options exist. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.

Just a warning to anyone reading this. If you get a defective device, they will attempt to fix the issue using the same methods that didn’t work the first 2 times and drag it out until your warranty expires and expect you to pay for a device that’s never worked correctly.
