I upgrade planes to the start unlimited and now my hotspot button is gone and won’t work. How do I get it back
Start plan does not include hotspot.

To be on the same page, tell us more. What is the make/model of the device in question? Besides the plan change, what changed with your device before you noticed that the hotspot button was gone?

I have this same problem. I have the VZW Unlimited Start plan and an iPhone 7. When I switched to the unlimited plan, my mobile hotspot button disappeared.
