I ordered an upgrade for my current phone through the Verizon app on March 28. When the phone arrived from UPS, the box had been opened and the phone stolen. I opened up a claim with UPS and with Verizon. Verizon claimed that I can only get a replacement phone once an "investigation" has been completed. No one from Verizon ever contacts me about this investigation. I have to continuously follow up with the matter. More importantly, the investigation with UPS has nothing to do with me. A replacement should have been sent out immediately because the phone never arrived. Now my current phone, which I was trying to trade-in, is showing that it is not available eligible for trade in. How do I complain to corporate? I am ready to switch carriers at this point. This has been a nightmare.
