How can I retrieve current text messages and phone calls?

My iPhone would not power on and I have to conduct business which is mostly done by phone.  How can I retrieve my text messages by computer?

I’m saddend to learn about the trouble you’re experiencing with your phone and I’m here to help! Has you phone been exposed to any physical/water damage? When connected to the charger, does the screen illuminate?
Additionally, you are able to see you iMessages on any Apple device.  If you were using Verizon Messages, you are able to log into any computer to see your messages.
