Hi Sally1704 - We want to keep you connected no matter where you are! Check out http://www.vzw.com/global for our roaming options. I can confirm that all 4G devices are SIM unlocked however we are unable to support the device if a 3rd party SIM does not work. I apologize for any inconvenience.
