How can I view my e-mail folders?

How can I view other folders besides my Inbox in my e-mail account on my iPhone 4S, such as Sent, Saved, etc?

On the email program you will see TWO sections of email. The top part has the email etc. and the reply to etc.

The bottom half if you click on the name of the email, will show you the folders if they are not present on the top portion of the email program.

I can move emails to these other folders but I can't VIEW these other folders.  How do I VIEW these other folders?

From the bottom rung of email accounts, you simply click to open that account, click on the folder. That is how it works for me.
