How do I file a complaint

How do I file a complaint with Verizon? My 15 year old son went in to get a new phone today. The salesperson tried to up sell us a buy one get one free phone offer. We declined. Then tried to push a $99 ipad on us . We declined. Then tried to get my son to buy a case. He didn’t see one he liked. So then she told him she’d put some kind of glass Protection on. We had no idea it would cost him $70.00 for just that!!! And she just transferred all his info - which we could have done ourselves at home. If I go somewhere, I expect that if you’re going to sell me something that you are going to tell me the cost upfront!! I believe she took advantage of us seeing as we were not knowledgeable about the phones. My husband is livid and wishes he were there. They did end up removing one of the protectors but since my son payed cash, they had to send a refund check. I’m so disgusted by this “custmer service” Plus, they still have my sons old phone because it died while we were there and they were trying to charge it up. When she saw how shocked we were at the price, she said “Oh, you only have to do this every few years...”

where can I file my formal complaint?

glitchedpixel, I am sorry to learn of the experience you and your son had at the store location. Absolutely, all costs should be stated up front. If you would like, you can provide feedback based on the store visit directly via the My Verizon application. Tap the menu key > feedback > store visit.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
