If you don't see anything there in terms of text message forwarding you should be good on that piece. If you were worried about the others you could backup the phone and reset it to factory settings.. at that point if any software were loaded via a jailbreak of the phone you could be clear. although I'm not convinced she would have went thru and done a jailbreak on the phone.

Make sure your not setup for Verizon Messages+. If she set it up to sync and then got her hands on your phone to delete the setup text then that is possible. Go to vtext.com and sign in with your Verizon online credentials... and then click on the 3 lines in the upper left corner and click on manage devices. Disconnect any devices there you may see.

My ex girl friend seems to be reading my text. and not from my phone. Seems to know who I am texting and some of the things I text

Does the person use a Mac or iPad? On your phone go into Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding. I have my text messages setup to forward to my MacBook, iMac and iPad. This not only forwards iMessages but all texts etc. to these devices. That is the easiest way to "forward" messages from an iPhone. Make sure nothing is listed there. Outside of this the only other options for that person would be to:

Register you for Verizon Messages+ and for them to install it on a Mac/PC. Upon doing this you would have received a text message on your iPhone letting you know it was setup. Was your phone out of your sight for any length of time? Only other option I can think of you is if they jail broke your phone. This would be the most difficult and would require the device to be in their possession for a length of time.

Hope this helps.

Yes she may have gotten a hold of my phone.

I checked settings messages and turned off iMessages but did not see any settings for forwarding. Is there a way to tell if it's been set up to forward to I pad or others?

Thanks
