it will show dates, times and numbers, but not content

Text has quickly become one of the most popular ways to communicate! I, too, have deleted text numbers in an attempt to clear my overwhelming inbox! I completely understand the importance of knowing your options when it comes to retrieving text number details. I'm here to help.

As mdram4x4 mentioned; you can definitely view the dates, times and to/from numbers by signing into your My Verizon account. I just want to make sure you have the steps to do so.

To view billed text usage details:
 
• Sign in to My Verizon.

• Locate the "I Want To"... section.

• Under the BILL column click "View Usage."

• Select the relevant month.

• Click on the "Calls, Messaging, & Data" tab.

• Select the relevant phone line

• Click “Messaging”

Pretty easy right? You can even go up to 12 months back!
