How do I transfer my data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone? The Verizon cloud app only transfers photos and contacts but not music, videos, or PDF or zip files. I've tried both the cloud app and the content transfer app and I've had no luck.

Apple is kind of restrictive with the amount of data that can be transferred from device to device. You will have to take a look at your options under iCloud to see what can be saved and restored: http://apple.co/2t2sjSy The link will also have instructions for using iTunes to back up your music.
