How do I receive a transcript of all messages sent to and received from a specific number?

I need to hand over evidence for a court case and need the transcripts of messages sent to and received from a specific number.

go to "send a message" on your profile and it'll bring up ALL your messages.

you'll need a court order. have your attorney/investigator call in to Verizon's law enforcement resource team.

If they were sent and received using the Verizon Messages app.

Verizon keeps messages for 10 days or less.  It would take longer than that to get a court order.
