How do I restore deleted contacts using Backup Assistant?

I have been sent to the same page on Verizon's website, but have had no luck finding the "trash can" to find my deleted contacts.  Can anyone help?

Re: I used Backup Assistant and for the second time, contacts were deleted when it synced. How do I restore the deleted contacts?
