How do i set up my iPhone 5s to receive emails that i receive on my desk top computer at home ?

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account >select the type of email account your using such as Exchange, Outlook, Google, Other, etc. > Enter your Email, Password and Description > Depending on your email service you may need to search for the Incoming/Outgoing Server info. A simple Google search will normally land what your looking for.

Essentially this is what your desktop computer is doing. It is simply pulling in the type of email your using... the phone will do the same.
