Please ad the ability to change time or better yet, rings before going to vm.
Business callers never wait 30 secs to go to vm in a busy day. That's way too long.
They then have to resort to typing a text. Very frustrating.
I've had many complaints from clients about my Verizon vm.

Jimmy, you can try the following guide line:
Customize your voicemail settings
- From your Home phone, wait for a dial tone, then dial *94. You should hear 2 quick beeps.
- Enter the number of rings (from 2 to 9 rings) you want the caller to hear before the call is transferred to voicemail.
- Hang up. Your number of rings will have been successfully adjusted
