I am attempting to add a iphone6 to an existing line. The phone did not have a sim card so I went to Verizon store to get one. The first sim card they tried didn't work so they tried a second one which they said was good. Everything was all set it would take 15 to 30 minutes to activate. It is been over 90 minutes (closer to 2 hours) and iphone is still searching for a network and website still doesn't have the Device ID for the line. Is there a way I can tell that the Device ID was entered? I have activated other iphone6 (using an existing card into the phone) and it never took this long. Should I attempt to activate this myself or just wait overnight?
