Yesterday we tried to replace my wifes iphone with a new iphone 15. All of the contacts and apps transferred over, but the cellular plan did not transfer over. I spent multiple hours talking to tech support to finally be told they would put in a ticket. How can I check the status of this ticket? My wife relies on her phone for work, and having no way to get in touch with her clients is costing us money out of our pocket every hour. Thanks
