Has anyone been able to transfer their text messages, photos and videos from one iphone to another iphone. I have itunes, of course and can see my apps and music but no photos, text messages or videos? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hello jrgolfer,
This question as been asked many times and it is always my pleasure to assist with the information transfer. There are several ways to complete this process. The best way to transfer information from iPhone to iPhone is to sync your Apple ID profile to the new iPhone. This will transfer all the info from the original iPhone to the new iPhone like a mirror image. This will include text messages, pictures, videos, apps, settings, and even wallpaper.
Another option to transfer pictures and videos would be to use iCloud. iCloud is a free service that is provided by Apple that store information in a "technological cloud" and can be accessed wirelessly using wi-fi. For more information how the benefits of iCloud and how it works, feel free to review the link below.

A third way to get pictures and videos transferred is to use the mass storage mode on the iPhone to transfer pictures to the computer. This step will vary depending on which operating system that you are using, PC or Mac. Once you have the pictures transferred onto the computer then you can use iTunes to manually sync the pictures or picture folder to your new iPhone. The same step is applicable for videos as well but not for text messages. If you have any additional questions or concerns on how to complete the transfer process then feel free to reply to this message.
Thank you...

good heavens, just use ITunes! It's quick and easy! You just download iTunes to your computer and open it, then connect your iPhone to your computer with the charging cord, and tell it to synch. It's quite simple!
