I Phone 5 connect to WiFi

Can't get my I Phone 5 to connect to my Verizon hot spot. When I click on the network name it does nothing.

Hey there Smitty 66.  It sounds like your iPhone 5 and your hotspot are not getting along. Its time for a mediation session to make those two best friends.

Are you having issues connecting other devices to the Verizon hotspot? Or is it just the iPhone 5?

If its just the iPhone 5 please try resetting the network settings,http://vz.to/OPvlTr. Once you do that retest the connection to the Hotspot.

Thanks for your reply, but I could not do without a connection for a whole week. Best Buy was able to help me.
