Simoncito I want to make sure we are on the same page. Who stated you are unable to activate the phone? Are you trying to activate the phone and use in the United States? While a phone may be unlocked it has different network technologies built in that is not compatible with our network.

I tried to activate the phone several times and then call technical support
and customer service from Verizon. They told me twice that the problem was
the Iphone (not from Verizon).
Next day (tuesday) I bought a prepaid sim card from T mobile and it´s
working all right and perfect.
The I phone is perfect and yes I was trying to use it in the USA with your
company, but I couldn´t.

I bough a SIM prepaid card and I have a Iphone6 not from VZN, and they´ve
told me they can´t activate it. I bought it in Peru, was unlocked. Still
they tell me they can´t activate it. They have told me to find another
