I can get texts but cant send them

I am not able to send text messages to anyone! I can recieve them..but it is pending on the ones I send..and then deletes them.

A thing will pop up and say " Storage Almost Full" you can click "Done" or "Settings" when I go to Settings and Usuage..it says it has 3.6GB available and only 2.7 used.

This should not be happening

• I Reset the phone. twice.
• Restored the phone.
• Ordered a new phone
• Restored it again.
• Reset twice.
• Went into Best Buy (Verizon)
• Called Apple
• had 6 diff guys work on it

STILL cant figure it out!

HElp please. Aint no body got time fo dis!!!!
