I can no longer receive voicemail on my iphone. The greeting is different and when someone leaves a VM, I never get it. This is recent...2 weeks maybe. Any ideas out there?
This is certainly concerning to hear, Robdow28. Do you have Basic Voicemail or Visual Voicemail? I want to make sure that we find out what is causing all these issues.

Check you r call forwarding settings ... or remove any call forwarding that may be set by dialing *73, listen to the tones, then hang up.
I'm so angry right now since it seems I have the same exact problem and there seem to be no answers on how to fix it anywhere--- online, on the news, on the Verizon website.
I've been expecting important phone calls, and nobody can leave me messages! I cant answer the phone while I am at work or while I'm driving!
Will try and see if this helps thank you
I just transferred to VW from straight talk and I have the same problem. Voicemail is not working.
Dialing *86 returns this message: "You are not authorized to use that service." Dialing my number returns a busy signal. *73 doesn't fix it.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with VW over the weekend trying to get this resolved. I have an open support ticket with Tech Support (NRB000008631582), but haven't heard back.
