Every time I try, I go to settings and click on the link and all it does is take me to the Verizon website where I see no option for setting up my personal hotspot.
I have been on the phone, on hold, trying to get in touch with customer service for 2 hours and am so ready to switch to AT&T. Verizon has the worst customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
