I cannot receive test messages from Android using RCS on my iPhone 15 thru Verizon

I cannot receive test messages from Android users using RCS on their Android to my iPhone 15 thru Verizon network. They receive my messages.

I've jumped thru all kinds of hoops with Verizon,  And Apple support looked at my phone and said it's a carrier issue.

Hello, SneakerSteve, we know it's important that you receive your text messages. When did you notice an issue with receiving messages from Android users? If an Android user is using standard SMS messages are you able to receive those messages?
