I have a problem with my iPhone being SIM-locked. I do not have access to the original Verizon account or phone number. However, I am the original owner of the device. I would like to unlock it, but Verizon support has not been helpful so far.
The device should have been automatically unlocked after 60 days, but for some reason, it is still locked.
I would like to use this phone with a German carrier during my vacation in Germany. Could you please assist me with unlocking the device. I gave countless of times my IMEI and they said it will be unlocked in 24 hours but nothing happens. So why do the support lie to me or pretend countless of times?
