**Review:**

I had a frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. The customer service is simply horrendous. Each department seems completely disconnected, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues efficiently. I encountered a lot of canned responses that felt meaningless, as if they were just trying to appease me rather than genuinely assist.

What struck me most was the empty promises made during the sales process. It felt like their priority was to close the sale at any cost, regardless of the actual service or support I would receive afterward. The staff in-store were unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. There seemed to be a lack of accountability for their own actions, and when I expressed my concerns, I was told it was a โ€œgameโ€ I had to play with my own money.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using their services. If you're looking for a company that values customer satisfaction and accountability, look elsewhere.
