I'm being asked to accept a $80 line charge at the Apple store. Why?

I was all ready to guy a new iPhone SE outright at the Apple store when I got to a page where I had to "Accept" something that said Line Charge, $80.  I'm on the 5g Start plan.  Anyone know what that could be about?  I'm trying to do a straight swap from a 6s, no change to plan.

BBBradlepc, thanks for reaching out. Help has arrived. If you are on the 5G Start plan with one line on the account, that would be the monthly cost of the plan (without auto-pay and paper free billing).

OK, there are 4 lines on the account though.  Nothing on my bill shows $80 today
