I'm getting this pop up "LTE calls turned off, Verizon has turned off LTE calls on your account."

I have called support twice with this issues.  The last time, support had me do a reset.  This still did not fix the problem.  I also get another pop up saying "Activation Required - Dimiss."  Then it goes to the "hello" screen.  I don't understand what the issue is.

For me, it's an iPhone 7/128.  The result has been that it drains power quickly
