I'm able to send texts, but there are some #'s who are not receiving my texts and i'm not getting there texts. Just for some people. I have the Iphone 4s
Please help!

Text messages are so important with having a working device. Are these other people iPhone users? Are they Verizon customers? Do you have a 1 in front of their numbers?
