I recently switched my iPhone x from at&t and am unable to receive phone calls and voicemails. I'm able to send and receive messages, and I'm able to make phone calls. i have tried everything in the Verzion support and even factory reset my phone but I'm still unable to receive calls.

I waited 24 hours and I never got a text saying my number was transferred and I have also tried restarting my phone but it doesn't fix the the issue. i may have done the transfer process wrong so here is what I did. i started by entering my phone number and pressed check status and then this pops up. "The Account Number from your previous service provider doesn't match their records and is needed to complete your number transfer request. You can update this information right here." so I enter in the account number from my AT&T account and waited for more than 24 hours and it didn't transfer my number.
