I ordered the wrong iphone

I went through the entire process without realizing I ordered the iphone 11 Pro instead of the iphone 11 Pro "Max." I'm obviously pretty worried about it, considering I have no idea how to fix this during the whole COVID19 issue (online chat isn't helpful and they're support line is closed right now). I have it set for store pick up, so hopefully I can just walk in and it'll be a matter of just paying the difference? Anyone, have experience with this kind of stupidity?

you have 14 days to return it. suggest going to store where you were to p/u & see if they're open.
